“All I See Is Corruption” – VDM Reacts To Sowore’s Kuje Prison Remand
Social media personality Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan (VDM), has reacted to the remand of activist and former presidential candidate Omoyele Sowore at Kuje Correctional Centre.
In a post shared online, VDM criticized the Nigerian justice system, alleging that the circumstances surrounding Sowore’s remand raised concerns about fairness and due process.
According to him, the charges against Sowore were linked to comments made about President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and he questioned the court’s decision to revoke the activist’s bail.
“Omoyele Sowore has been remanded at the Kuje Correctional Center until Wednesday. All I can see here is corruption in the justice system of Nigeria. According to the charges he called President Tinubu a t!ff and they asked him to prove it. He was in court but the court revoked his bail and claimed he was never in court, even though there was video evidence.”
The remarks quickly generated reactions on social media, with users expressing differing opinions on both Sowore’s case and VDM’s comments.
