Academic activities fully resume at Osun Poly

Academic Activities have fully resumed at the Osun State Polytechnic, Iree following earlier announcement by the school’s management.

Students and staff of the institution fully complied as lectures in all programmes of the institution at all levels commenced in earnest on Monday.

The Registrar of the Polytechnic, Mr Abiodun Oloyede, in a press release, had directed all students of the institution to resume for lectures and other academic activities, just as he declared that the Daily Part-time students would start their first semester examination in few days’ time.

He had also enjoined the students and entire general public to disregard the fake information being peddled in some quarters of the public about non resumption of the school.

“Following the completion of first semester examination of our Full-Time students and resumption from the Eid-el-Fitr break, we are directing all our students to resume forthwith.

“Lectures and other academic activities will commence immediately, we are calling on the students, parents, guardians and general public to disregard the fake information on our non-resumption,” Oloyede said.

He assured the students of their safety as, according to him, adequate security has been put in place.
